Culture
This unit focuses on several culture concepts including culture, cultural categories, cultural groups, and cultural diffusion. The opening part of this unit is designed to introduce the students to the basic concepts of culture and allow them to make connections to their own lives. The project is designed for students to connect what they have learned about culture and answer the essential question, "How is culture created and changed?" The final product will be an authentic assessment piece that integrates the students culture into a multimedia model.
